Having navigated anxiety, PTSD, parenting a child with autism, and the challenges of narcissistic relationships, Jay brings an authentic and empathetic perspective to her sessions.
With a deep understanding of what it means to overcome adversity; Jay creates a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their experiences and find strength in their unique stories. Jay's mission is to help others embrace authenticity, foster resilience, and discover the tools they need to thrive.
As the Mad Hatter of this community, Jay brings playful energy, creativity, and a touch of chaos to every session. They turn everything into an adventure, crafting new games, puzzles, and whimsical tea parties to encourage spontaneity, joy, and outside-the-box thinking.
